Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 7, 2026 (v1.0)

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Refund Policy sets forth the cancellation, refund criteria, and procedures for paid subscriptions of the Trading Diary service ("Service") provided by Guild Node ("Company").

Article 2 (Subscription Cancellation)

  1. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
  2. Even after cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  3. After your subscription period expires, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
  4. Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing cycle (monthly or annual). If you do not cancel before the renewal date, the same amount will be charged automatically.

Article 3 (Refund Criteria)

  1. A full refund is available if no Pro-exclusive features (AI Coach, trade image upload, additional workspaces, daily API limit excess, etc.) have been used within 7 days of the payment date.
  2. For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available if more than 7 days have passed since payment or if Pro-exclusive features have been used.
  3. For annual subscriptions, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment if unused. After 7 days, a refund is calculated by deducting the used period at the monthly regular price (₩5,900) from the total amount paid. (e.g., 3 months used: refund = amount paid - ₩5,900 × 3)
  4. If a minor under 19 years of age made a payment without the consent of their legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may request a full refund.

Article 4 (Non-Refundable Cases)

  1. Monthly subscriptions where more than 7 days have passed since payment due to simple change of mind
  2. Monthly subscriptions where Pro-exclusive features (AI Coach, trade image upload, additional workspaces, daily API limit excess, etc.) have been used at least once
  3. Subscriptions provided under promotional or discounted conditions (however, a full refund of the actual amount paid is available within 7 days of payment if unused)

Article 5 (Refund Procedure)

  1. You can cancel your subscription from Settings > Subscription Management.
  2. For refund requests, please email woody6049@daum.net.
  3. Please include your registered email, payment date, and reason for refund in your request.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of request.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  6. Depending on the card issuer and payment method, refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to be reflected.

Article 6 (Service Outage Compensation)

  1. If the Service is interrupted for 24 or more consecutive hours due to the service provider's fault, paid subscribers will receive a subscription extension equal to the downtime or a refund for the corresponding period. However, service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication providers, etc.) shall not be considered the service provider's fault.
  2. Compensation requests must be submitted to woody6049@daum.net within 30 days after service restoration.
  3. Service interruptions caused by force majeure events are excluded from compensation.

Article 7 (Miscellaneous)

  1. This refund policy complies with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by applicable laws and the Terms of Service.
  3. This refund policy may be amended in accordance with service changes, and any changes will be announced within the Service.
  4. Paid subscriptions on dormant accounts will be automatically cancelled, and refund criteria under Article 3 apply to any remaining subscription period.
  5. Payment and subscription records will be retained separately for 5 years after account deletion in accordance with applicable tax laws.
  6. Refunds for payments made prior to permanent account deletion are generally not available. However, consumers' legitimate refund rights under applicable laws are guaranteed, and periods of verified non-use, as evidenced by login history and usage records retained by the Service, will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
  7. If a duplicate charge or overcharge due to a system error is confirmed, the Service will refund the excess amount immediately upon verification.
